This extremely small-production wine from the Dutraive family is produced from fruit purchased from Paul-Henri Thillardon (who kindly sold them a good stash after storms devastated their Fleurie-based plots). Fresh and fruit-driven, the juice is loaded with flavors of ripe red fruits, bing cherries, pepper, and spice. Serve chilled.
